How to disable Wi-Fi then reenable Wi-Fi to connect to certain websites.

A few days ago, I have noticed that certain websites I tried to visit. I am no longer able to visit as I received the error message “ This site can't be reached. The request timed out. Try re-typing the URL, or opening a search engine and searching for the new URL. NSURLErrorTimedOut” when I see this message if I hit the refresh button or enter the URL again and “GO”, the site comes up. Other times I try hitting the refresh button we’re entering the URL again and the same results yield however when I disconnect from my Wi-Fi network then reconnect and I hit the refresh or enter the URL in again and press go. I can connect to the website as if nothing ever happened. This is starting to become quite frequent and quite annoying..

The few websites that I visit I know they are up and running as when I get this error message, I try on a different computer and the site load is fine without a single problem.

I am connected to my Wi-Fi network when I’m trying to access a few websites and I received this message receive a notification that there’s been movement on my camera. And I also see the Wi-Fi icon being connected.

I haven’t changed anything on my iPad, no one has changed anything on my router, so I am totally puzzled.
