We’re only hearing one side and that’s his side. I think it would be very helpful to see the security footage that shows every single move that he makes while he is on SeaWorld property of when this alleged incident occurred. I also would want to hear the security guards side of story along with anyone else who may have heard or saw what happened where they have to provide a written statement under the penalty of perjury.

Reading this article, there are a few things that I find to be interesting, he is not an actual employee of SeaWorld, but he is a “contractor”. Unlike an employee, an employee works for SeaWorld for an indefinite time until either their employment is terminated by SeaWorld or if the employee decides to leave SeaWorld, which ever comes first.

A contractor is not an official employee of SeaWorld. They are an employee of another company that SeaWorld says we want.

Since he’s worked there, whether he was an employee or a contractor he would bring his bike into the park and ride it throughout the park, I guess he knew security guard told him that he was not permitted to do so, in his own words, he’s told his security guard that he’s been doing this for years.
